5 Fall Favorites… And How To Wear Them

Discover these key pieces that look fresh right nowand will surely become your wardrobe go-to’s. It’s all in how you pair them. Scroll down for ideas on how to style the best looks of the season.

The Faux Fur Vest

This boho faux fur vest, an updated version of a 70’s classic, is one of those totally eye-catching pieces that begs the question: how do I wear it? The answer is easier than you think. Ready? With anything. Here we’ve paired it with another of our new staples, the flared jean, but it would look great with any of your favorite pants or jeans. A simple shirt, whether it’s a button down, a crew neck, or a turtleneck, like the one here, sets the vest off beautifully. You’ll be throwing it on like a classic cardigan before you know it.

The Pleated Blouse

You can never have too many white shirts. Wear this romantic version, with its hint of lace and poetic sleeves, exactly as you would your favorite button down. We love it paired with this rich berry faux suede skirt, for work, a special occasion, or a night out. You could just as easily wear it with jeans, and your favorite jacket, for a more casual look.

The Flared Jean

We look our best when we feel comfortable. These jeans just “get it.” Flares, when paired with even just the faintest stacked heel, add leg and length, for a very flattering line, plus that hint of stretch means they’re comfortable too. We love them with anything and everything, including this ruffled denim shirt. The light denim perfectly complements the dressed up dark jeans, for a look that goes easily from errands and lunch, to dinner and out. A hint of cheetah tops it off and pulls it all together.

The Color Blocked Coat

Coats tempt us all year, but especially now. But who needs another camel trench? (Ok, we always do… but that’s another story!) We love this color block for the interest it adds to any look. Black, white, grey, and cobalt blue means it goes with basically everything, from jeans to our beloved Juliet pants. To complement the grey, pair it with silver accessories.

The Denim Maxi Dress

It’s called a “utility” for a reason. This dress does the work of many outfits all by itself. Throw it on, add your favorite jewels, and go. Or, wear it like a duster, open and belted, over a tank and your favorite leggings. Closed on top, with tights and boots? That works too. Add your favorite leather jacket and wear it into the colder months.

I’m interested in the white blouse with bell sleeves. It’s beautiful however I wonder if the sleeve is elasticized so one can prevent the sleeves being accidentally stained when out eating. I’d be terribly afraid that the sleeves would end up scraping the plate and getting stained. Did the designer give any thought to this?
